Of course there are better photos of the individual bomber types of the R.A.F. and the USAF, the Internet is full of them.
But here I would like to present something special:
From the series "Frontnachrichtenblatt der Luftwaffe", published in 1942 by the
Commander in Chief of the Luftwaffe, I show here the special edition
"The war planes of the enemy powers".
It shows with photos, drawings and silhouettes
the main fighter and bomber aircraft of the Allies.
I kindly received the book and the permission to post the photos from the
International Bomber Command Center in Lincoln/GB.
