Crashes > of the R.A.F.


During the approach to Dortmund, the Hampden I, AT128 was fired upon by several flak units. The aircraft caught fire, crashed near Neuss-Norf and burnt out completely. The exact location of the crash cannot be determined at present.
The entire crew could only be recovered dead from the wreckage and was buried in Cologne's South Cemetery.
